Bonus & Promotional Offer Policy

Welcome Bonus Terms

hq999 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The following conditions apply to claim this bonus:

The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
The bonus amount will never exceed the deposit amount, and the maximum limit is ৳5,000.
A 10x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Example 1: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive ৳1,000 in bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.
Wagering: ৳1,000 (bonus) × 10 = winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after completing ৳10,000 in bets.

Example 2: If you deposit ৳12,000, the bonus will be capped at ৳5,000 and your total balance will be ৳17,000.

General Bonus Rules

hq999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
No more than one welcome bonus may be claimed per account.
Any attempt to claim a bonus through fraudulent means will result in both the account and the bonus being cancelled.
Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.

VIP Cashback Program Terms

hq999's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression depends on your activity and consistency of play on the platform. Cashback is credited to your account at a set time each week.

Gaming Rules & Restrictions
